Jess Moran

Founder

A seasoned marketing & communications expert with over 20 years of industry experience, Jess holds a B.A. Degree from Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Corporate Communications Diploma from Sheridan College. A passion for communications combined with her years of experience and work ethic make her an unstoppable force within the industry.

Roderick MacDonald

Senior Communications Director

Roderick supports brand storytelling and client reputation, and is a freelance writer and content-creator focusing on the psychedelic and cannabis industries. After a decade in the lab researching the genetics of cancer and ageing, he adopted the lifestyle of a digital nomad—learning French in Southern Quebec before landing in Belgium with his partner. Roderick helps with Psillow, an online resource that facilitates education on psychedelic mushrooms and the thriving underground market that remains the only viable access point in Canada.

Tara McManus

Operations Director

An administration and organizational expert, Tara focuses on streamlining operations and developing processes to optimize our work at Known. Tara has years of experience in helping brands develop and optimize processes and is focused on supporting the Known network in achieving their objectives.

We are forthright and clear in communication; unique in showcasing client narratives; creative with out-of-the-box marketing; and focused on developing brand stories—knowledge, and education-first.
